The days are getting longer, the evenings shorter, spring is on its way, but we are already busy preparing for our annual autumn/winter exhibition, LICHT. During LICHT 2026, we will be presenting work by emerging young artists who draw inspiration from or experiment with light in all its forms. Whether you work with light as a medium, a theme or a source of inspiration: if you feel a strong connection to light, we warmly invite you to take part.

LICHT Exhibition
In the dark, final months of the year, Galerie Pouloeuff opens its doors to LICHT 2026. In this exhibition, we present young artists who are, in one way or another, inspired by light; whether it appears as a subject or as a physical element in their work.
The exhibition runs from 8 November till 17 January.
During the day, the exhibition can be visited during opening hours, but in the evenings the works will illuminate the surroundings and can be admired by passers-by.

Are you a young artist living and working in the Netherlands, and does light play a central role in your work? If so, Galerie Pouloeuff invites you to submit your work. Please email mail.ons@galeriepouloeuff.nl with images and information about your work, including dimensions, materials and title.
Please also include your contact details, age and a link to your website and/or social media.
The deadline for submissions is 19 May. The gallery team will make a selection from all entries. We look forward to receiving your contribution!
